We provide the following services for our costumers:
Powder coating
After proper preparation and cleaning of the parts, we coat the parts up to a maximum part size of 6000x1200x2300mm in our powder coating plant.
Assembly
Depending on the customer's needs and product, we can also assembly, pack and deliver semi-finished or finished products with a routine, fast team.
Laser cutting, punching/nibbling
The sheet's to be cut are processed on a laser cutting or punching machine, depending on the part and the customer's needs.
Welding
The parts are welded together after cutting and bending using MIG/MAG and TIG technologies. In addition, it is also possible to weld studs and spot weld.
Sheet metal bending
The cut parts are bent on CNC edge bending machines. Over the years, our colleagues have gained a lot of experience and expertise in technology, thanks to which we can satisfy even the highest customer demands.
Creating technical drawings with 3D-CAD software
Today, our cooperation with customers is unthinkable without the use of modern 3D-CAD software. These softwares enables the design and modification of components and assemblies, as well as the rapid creation of flatt pattern of the parts.
Programming
We program our production machines with a software package specially developed for this purpose, which facilitates the lightning-fast preparation of sheet metal parts.
